I havent gotten unemployment since iv been out of work this past december they keep giving me excuses like i need to take pics of my license and my ssc so i did that sent it in and i atill havent recieved anything wverytime i try an get threw it says lines are busy no matter the time of day im just looking for some advice i dont know alot about it iv always worked an all i kno ia thia has been so difficult now my whole stimulus has to be apent on back rent so i keep my rood over mt head its scary an i havent been able to work cause im out with dvt and had a pulmonary embolism so the dr wont clear me cause im atill on eliquis any advice will help please

If you were denied unemployment you can still apply for pua and get approved

You cannot claim unemployment if you have a health issue that prevents you from working. Must be able and willing to take a job. I am in same situation had to leave my. Job of 33yrs. do to health reasons and was denied unemployment. I think the only way you get is if you were between jobs all your life and know how to work the system.
