Have You Encouraged Someone Today?
Hi Everyone,
These are some difficult times we're going through, and I want to invite all of you to reach out and encourage someone who may be having a hard time, whether it be on this site or where you may be living or working.
I haven't been here in nearly three years, and wanted to come and check in. One of the first posts I came across was from a gentleman who was coldly let go from his new position in two months because he was told he wasn't a good fit, and as a result, he has been a bit down on himself.
If you see someone feeling down, please reach out and encourage them, even if it's just a "hello." We need to stick together and be supportive of one another in times like this, because everybody has value.
