Not calling in while sick. I went in thinking i would feel better and I got worse. So i wanted to get off at 1230a, where I could help out my co workers and it wouldn't count against me. And i was reprimanded! They refused to allow me to leave. Schedule coordinator told me to find a replacement and I could go! There isn't a staffing book available to us and that's her job! I've worked as a staffing coordinator and many days if short or something if this matter occurred I would cover the shift!!!!
