I don't have a college degree. Can I still get hired at Target?
I was a seasonal Employee and im only 17. Yeah you can get hired there. So long as the specific position you're applying to doesnt require one but for something basic like cashiering or something like that you'll be fine
Actually, yes! As a former Target employee for Guest Advocate service all you need is a keen background without any contributions to injustices of humanity or with a little criminal record (all misdemeanors and felonies) without the SO (Registered Sex Offender) affliction in the system. And this is especially great for high School graduates to join the team as a result, to get the feel of the real world environment and it's definitely the best job I ever had. Nothing beats Target any better, with any supermarket retailers out there in the vast world. If you live in the Bay Area community, then the pay grade is higher for Bay Area Target employees. Here in San Rafael, CA they just updated the pay grade from $17.00/hourly (2021) to $18.00/hourly as of this year. Good luck at Target and wishing you all the best, Kevin
