2020 is coming to a close! What are some of your goals for yourself in 2021? One of my smaller goals this new year is to make time to read more. It sounds silly but it's a start! #jobsearch #motivation #2021 #newyearnewyou #momlife

Doing much reading and exploring of recruiting and diversity websites, myself. Decided to get 3 recruiting certifications. Working on two, right now. Diversity and Inclusion is the upcoming trend in HR. Upgrading and practicing my boolean search with new sourcing is my new goal. Try exploring this one: www.Datausa.io . . . has lots of ideas on it; and you can make charts from the info and download into presentations.

It would be kind of fun (after I practice) to be a "remote" recruiter and recruit across the USA, by using these charts to find people in different States. There is lots of things to read and explore here, by using the Menu on the left-side of the website.

My personal goal for 2021 at work is not to hold myself back as much. Since switching industries over a year ago I have developed a tendency to reserve my thoughts until asked. I think I need to let a little more of myself show...

Whether you are just starting to read books for leisure or you want to read more, it is a great resolution. Excellent! I remember many years ago that was mine too, and I am now an avid reader. Also you have many genre’s to choose from, so pick whatever you love. Write down the books you’ve read or put an app on your phone to log them, you’ll need it because when you start you’ll be surprised at how many you’ll read! Baby steps and just enjoy it.

Would love to get my son back in my custody so that way my fiancee and I can be a family along with his kids. Plus get myself a reliable vehicle. A large one would be to go back to school online as either a CNN nurse or phycologists

I think my own personal goal is probably the same as many in 2021...to get out more! Being mindful of safety, of course! @Ashley Wilson if you need any book recommendations let me know. I've been reading quite a bit in 2020!
