Hi to all my peeps in this group. I just wanted to check in and send my support in this difficult time. I think this is a particularly hard time to get support as providers, social workers, psychologists, etc are forced to shut down or go to virtual sessions. So, if you do need support, I encourage you to post here -- together we've got this!

I noticed the comment about NAMI. For anyone who doesn't know, NAMI is the National Alliance for Mental Illness. There are chapters in every city, with all sorts of resources, including virtual classes and support groups. It rocks and I urge anyone who is experiencing any sort of mental health issues to check it out. It's also FREE!
