Saturday morning, I was back on the shop floor. I had black eyes, a bruised face, and an aching body, but I stepped up to my machine and poured molds without missing a beat. Everyone on the line was buzzing, cheering on "Jeff 'The Rock' Osborne." It proved to me—and everyone around me—what kind of discipline, toughness, and mental stamina I bring to work every single day.
