Route Sales Representative at Frito Lay

Dollar General is a horrible company that treat their employees like an assembly line. They give no support, no hours, and it's all on the manager to get it done . M

All you have to do is walk into a DG and see boxes & items blocking the aisles, the store is so unorganized. They don't have enough staff to put their products on the shelf, organize everything and make sure that their aisles are clear. It says alot.

Dollar General is definitely not a good career move! Severely overworked and way too underpaid

You can look at the benefits for employess on their website but I think you use your experience at Dollar General to get a better job at a better place eventually. That is probably a better benefit.

Restaurant Worker / Designer / Marketing

At some point, all the jobs you did to work so far support you with placing in your resume to find a better job. Additionally, I would say customer service experiences.

Yeah I don't know what planet you people are from but like work is called work for a reason that's why they pay you they pay you so you'll come and work it's not a big social event where you know you got the culture and all that other BS going on you're supposed to be doing a job okay and it's not always happy and fun that's the way it works so if you don't like working there take the rest of your paycheck and go work at some other crappy place where you going to get paid to work
