The most important things to do: show up on time, dress neat, turn off your phone and I always like to hear people ask me questions about the job so I can tell they are interested.

I worked as a manager at dollar tree for 14 years. My advice show up on time for your interview. Be honest and positive. And willing to learn and have open availability.
