It's a typical interview. They will give you different scenarios that you need an answer for. Try not to say things like "um" or "I don't know" or "I'm not sure" come up with an answer. Examples: What are your strengths? "I'm reliable, always on time, pour everything into my work" What are your weaknesses? "Sometimes I'm too detail oriented and that can slow me down." Tell me of a time when you had a problem with a coworker and how did you deal with the situation? "Once a co worker had an issue with how I was completing a task. She thought I was doing it incorrectly. I asked her opinion about how she thought it should be done. We discussed our different opinions and came up with the best option for completing the task."
