Once you found a job that you want to apply for you'll be taken to the Dollar Tree & Family Dollar Career Center where you will register to apply by completing the following steps:
Create an online username and password by entering your email. You must have an active email account to apply for all positions.
If you're a returning user: Enter your email address and password to log in. Once you log in, you will be able to edit your information.
New users: If you are a first time user of their Career Center, click one of the links above to create a new account. Once you log in, you will be able to create your application information.
If you are unable to copy and paste or upload a resume, it is helpful to attach it in a PDF version. If you are unable to do so, there is a resume builder on the site where you can manually enter your work history. You can then search for a specific job opening and select “Apply to Job” to attach your profile and answer any additional job-specific questions.
If applying for a management assistant position in one of the stores, you can also visit the store and ask the store manager to help you.
Tip: Make sure to specify your desired schedule, because hourly employees (as all of the positions are) tend to have flexible hours, but only if you request it upfront
After you submit your application, it will be reviewed. You will then be contacted by someone at the local store or distribution center you applied to in order to further the application and selection process.
