I have tried several times to put a app in at my local family Dollar store there is signs hanging in store saying they are hiring please help me I'd love to work there I can work any schedule all weekends

I applied at a store in my town Dolan and they claim they can't hire me because if the assessment part if the application is saying so I guess really not sure. But I don't understand how a computer knows how you work abilities are. I just want a chance to show them how good of an employee I am. Please take s chance on me please.
