Drama at #YMCA

Her name is teresa and I don't want any idea because she is not very good with kids and she never experience about kids so my co worker and I had a little discussion about teresa but it is like putting with another group which I rather stay with the good kids and that makes me upset

My advice to people interested in working at #YMCA as a #Maintenance ...

Being around with kids make me a happy childhood because I adore them, because when I come to work with kids it feels like a family I can think of. It's a great feeling and very activities to the kids what they want to go... Have fun with the children at the YMCA it's fun

Drama at #YMCA

They switch with the student which I didn't like the idea because she doesn't know anything about children because I feel like it was her fault not taking time of herself and like me I take my side full time with kids

The biggest mistake I made as a #Housekeeping at #YMCA ...

The biggest mistake that I had working at the YMCA letting people move me out of my position and to cause me to leave my job to put in a resigning letter I didn't even want to go I really wanted to stay it's just things happen that way I left I got tired of not being treated right I learned in life being a leader is about caring about others and having a goal to lead your team and the first being a leader you must always take accountability when you know you fell short some leaders don't believe in taking accountability they want to put the blame all on other team members a leader always stand and make Wise decisions and when you tell your team members to do something and then they do it the way that you tell them don't go back and say I didn't tell you that take accountability a real leader always be out there doing the work not putting to work off on others but helping is get the job done help move the team to success help move the team into greatness some people think being a leadership is dictating some people are more dictators leadership is a virtue it's something special when you can lead a team into a great place a dictator just want to control it's all about them they don't have no understanding they don't have no compassion

I am wondering if there are position opportunities at the DDHY

After working ~24 yrs as an AA & 2 yrs as an IT Support Specialist, I have been working the past ~8 yrs cleaning homes & businesses. I would like to at least supplement work for current clients with part-time work for the GR downtown or Spartan YMCA while I also pursuing my yoga instruction certification. I am looking to apply/ 'put my name in the hat' for open positions that may best match my skills/experience, even starting with cleaning, if there is an opening. Thank you! ~Shel

At 5:10 am I arrived at the parking lot, a street/homeless person chased me ask for money. The therapy pool where we hold Shallow Water class was closed due to chemical imbalance. We moved to lap pool to have Deep Water class and the batteries of the speaker for class music was drained because the electrical outlet was out of order. After that, everything went well.
