LPN

Hello wrongly terminated, first of all if they were wrong why do you have to take a pay cut to return? Second if it were me I'd seek legal advice , sounds like you may have grounds for a law suit.

Amazon is corrupt

On 8/17 I was call to H.R to talk a case about me on sexual harassment. ThIs lady said I was stalking her n always starring at her. Look I woeked with her for over a year and so did she, the first time I ever talk to her she told me she didn't like me. I never found out why or even cared. I was always workin and keep myself busy and I train people to do what I can do. I was a real hard work and alway busted my butt to make my managers happy. I was wasn't the nicest guy but I made friends working there, so they know how I work and they were always around me. 8/18 HR called me up and told me I was terminated. I cryed because I didn't want to work or ever leave the place, some days working there was great I loved it. Then this happens. It took amazon 5 days to pay me my check and not all my money was there. My maanger at the time told me when I ask him about the whole situation and even about my job, he act like he had no idea, the lady got me fired and knowingly knew I was not doing what she claim I did. It all was I lie. My managers played like he knew nothing and knew I was not stalking or even looking at the lady. Why would they do this to me?? I have friend that wrote statements sent it to h.r to prove I did noting to this lady. H.R SAID they would look over it and investigate more. I still didn't here nothing from them yet what should I do? Please help. I love work there n I need my job back a.s.a.p.. please help!!

Wrongly Terminated but now they wanted to reinstated me

Hello everyone. A few weeks back I have mentioned that I was terminated from working at Walmart. Now the HR called me and said that she will lift the termination because the manager made a mistake of terminating me. If I take the job it's going to be a lower pay instead of my pay before they messed up. So what do you guys think?

Job search gone wrong

I've been searching for a job since October 2016, since I was wrongly let go by Thomas built buses. I've still haven't found a job, and I'm a veteran of the US Army. I have interviewed over and over again for jobs, some even being interviewed twice, and still haven't found a job. Most of these places just lie! I've even called one back 5 times, now they not answering my phone calls, go figure right!

Wrongful Termination/ Retailiation

About a month ago I was let go from my job as Inventory Manager for a children's consignment store. I walked in to work to be greeted and then escorted out by the owner and was told I had to let u go because of pettiness and my gut feeling told me to get rid of you before something bad happens and I can't trust you. I've held keys to the store for that whole time I've worked without any problems. The whole conversation the owner couldn't look me in the eyes and constantly kept rubbing his face. I walked into the job to tell my sister that I will meet her home I was fired and I put my keys into the owners drawer. The week leading to this a co owner in front of the owner that they were hiring teachers assistants at her job and I said my friend is doing that now and that's cool and continued to work. The next day the owner walked me to the stock room to offer me a raise (which he owed me since Jan but complain about budget but hired extra people) he listed my extra jobs which I was currently doing , I asked to change my schedule so I can open the store to prepare it , clean it up fill necessary departments so I will have more time at assist customers. And the night crew can handle the inventory they purchase which would be much and he can utilize his shift managers instead of me wasting hours cleaning their mess and I wouldn't be in this quiet area without security at 11p. At night and I don't drive.(I'm the only person out of 15 working in inventory. ) The next day I gave my hours he agreed and said he had to do the paperwork to make it official and let the staff know. That Friday I shopped at the store on my day off. That Saturday he text me about my hours that I can't have a 9-5 in retail ( I asked for 8-4p) I need to do one evening and one weekend. I've opened and closed on Sundays for a year. He has 10+ employee he never rotated schedules. I mentioned the employee that just went on a summer leave that she had a 9-3 with no evenings or weekends and we share the same responsibilities but she has the code to fill the registers and I never had and I run the store on Sundays. He didn't respond to my text. So I said I pass on the raise and the new schedule.. which meant I would stay with my 1-9 mon-wed. 10-6on Thursday and open to close on Sunday. I text Sunday to find out if we were open on Father's day ...I opened the store ..Cleaned up the mess from Saturday closed the store .. that Monday I was let go. I'm African American.. owner Italian. I've never received any warnings and conversation. My owner was diagnosed with AdHD and has mentioned when he is off from his meds and the staff. Notices when he is not himself and when he has home issues he has acted different towards certain employees. I'm older than my boss and hold myself in a way that he wouldnt disrespect but he has the habit of speaking about employees to other employees... I've reached out to employment attorneys but they say is it's not about Race it's hard to fight.. being let go right before the following week hurt my finances I get paid every two weeks and this has hurt me tremendously.. and I felt like he was getting back at me for not accepting the raise with the schedule he wanted. But my schedule allowed him to go home when he felt like it ..I close the store each night... I just need some direction , is it worth seeking out lost wages.

WRONGFUL TERMINATION

I Got fired on 7/21/17 because I was fighting for my religion and disability rights in my workplace. What I'm diagnosed with is covered under the ADA or American Disability Act. I asked for reasonable accomadations and we're DENIED. I was told because my disability is not on the outside Walmart won't accomadate me. I went through proper channels sent my accomadations to corporate and a copy of my diagnosis and was still denied. They wanted a copy of my medical records which is against HIPPA. Because I didn't give them my records Walmart said Sedgwick placed me on leave. That wasn't true..Sedwick examiner said Walmart placed me on leave and I have it on record. I recorded the conversation. Since both accomadations were denied I filed with the EEOC. They filed charges and sent them.to the store manager. The investigator contacted Walmart on 7/20 told him he could not harass terminate or do anything to me because I have an investigation. I go into work on 7/21 and I got fired. Store manager said it's not the EEOCs store he can do what he wanted so he did. I have a documented disability. On top of that he had cops waiting for me outside because they were told I carry a weapon. I had nothing on me never have. I don't own a weapon I'm a ordained pastor. Is this wrongful termination?

Need some advice.

I have been working for this transport and logistics company as a Driver for over 2.5 years. The company I work for subcontracts its services to other bigger companies(Client) by providing transportation to their employees. I transport the Clients employees, equipment and paperwork to, from and within their working area, and are on-call 24*7. The issue I am having is job place harassment by a clients employee. This individual has embarked on a smear campaign of harassment against me. He has made a series of several false allegations spanning several months reporting me to his company. I was cleared of the false charges, but lost both time and income during the investigation. He also complained making multiple derogatory remarks about me to several other employees. He posted negative comments about me on their personal message board. He also bragged to other coworkers telling them, "I'm gonna get that bitch fired." This type of behavior made for a very hostile working environment. I have never done anything that would spark this type of hate to anyone let alone a client. I told my immediate, regional and area supervisors when it first began, of each incident that occurred, but nothing was done to correct the problem. I tried calling our HR Dept multiple times and could never get thru to anyone to discuss my issues. I left several messages, but no one ever returned my call. In desperation I wrote a statement to this Clients supervisor hoping to get some resolution. The next thing I know, I'm being let go because the client doesn't want me working there no explanation given. Any advice????@@

Is this considered wrongful termination

Hello all. I started working at a stop and shop as overnight stock.Everything was fine, but the manager was a real A**. He would talk about me to other employees telling them how slow I was although I finished my work before anyone else. I have a friend who actually works at the same location and would advised me he only liked the African American workers because they worked harder. I'm Caucasian, as is the boss.Since stop and shop is a union job you have to prove you're good enough so what I was doing was I suppose a trial. The schedule starts on a Saturday. I Always took pictures of my schedule to store in my phone. They always make out next weeks schedule as well so I took a picture of that. I'm usually off on the weekends but this time I was off Friday. When I came in Saturday something told me to glance at the schedule and my name was crossed out of it. The manager changed the schedule and put me to open on that Friday I was OFF! I called the hiring manager and explained to her the situation and that I had proof it was changed on me she wouldn't listen and advised me how the manager thought I was incapable of the job and I would have to speak to him. The A**hole manager would ignore my text , phone calls and everything. I feel like he did that on purpose to remove me so I couldn't join the union. Every other manager liked me he was the only one. So please tell me is this wrongful termination. I feel like I have no say since I'm a teen and I was taken advantage of. Now it's hard for me to find a job. Once a job sees I've only been working at a place for 3 months and get fired it's automatically my fault.
