Is there any justice for the employee for wrongful termination!!
Yes so I have a question, if someone like myself that have worked a job for 2 years straight with zero call outs, zero lateness, zero no call no shows, zero write ups. How is it possible for a company to fire you without any justifiable reason to let you go because you obtain a beverage from an agent via catering, in which was given to me, but at the same time our flight crew also give the agents items from catering. By the way I used to work for the airlines. An that is not the only bad thing, that is the courts and lawyers do not fight for such an injust act...

Wrong
I got terminated for not helping somebody to do their truck. I already had finish loading my three trucks and helped somebody esle. Is that right or wrong?

A company on Cable Rd Lima Ohio WRONGFULLY TERMINATED!!
Hello All!! Ok, So here is my situation my daughter has court appointed visitation with her dad every other weekend, well this was my weekend to work well, I got a mssg from him/ a call saying my daughter has lice on Saturday afternoon mid evening so I go to pick her up from her dads and come to find out she does, so I get her home to treat all of us and I have to call in off of work for the next day because she has lice NOW mind you that my boss doesn’t want me to stay with my daughter, lice is contagious so at her dads her half brother was there so I didn’t want the chance on him getting it too and him spreading it to his other sisters... But the reason why I called off is because I am a home health aid and I didn’t want to give it to my clients, Sooo Heck even my clients told me they didn’t want me there that day because my daughter had lice.... But Dawn My boss fires me because of my daughter and her situation?? NOW mind you they have fired previous employees and hired them back...... soooo why fire me when they are desperate for help??? Does anyone think I was done wrong????

A #stressful #ArdaghGroup day
I got wrongfully terminated

New to being fired for over 41 years
I wAs unjustly fired after filing AFMLA paperwork. I know now that my bosss was a crook. Should I reveal that to the attorney?

Looking for an honest boss
My last position was for 13.5 yrs. I was let go because I was not comfortable with illegal things my boss was doing. After trying to have a conversation with him regarding this, he let me go. I believe he's giving me bad references now. Just looking for honest work for honest pay. I was a bookkeeper, office manager and customer go to.

Be careful who you trust
I work for a company that is none funding. The company was created to help people get back on their feet due to mother nature and other issues we face today. This company is the worst company I have work for. Last year in November we smell gas so we called the company manager, has a result we lost heat for about two weeks, when we ask about the heat the head manager is going to tell us that if we complain to much they are going to closed the store and we will not get pay. So like fools we work in the cold, some of us got sick because of it. They didnt care if we freezing, they tols us open the store and they will send some one to fix. It took them two weeks, but because the assistance manager finaly complain, that we couldn't work in this type of condition. Then they came running to fix it. Another badthing about this company the customer complain about us they are ready to kick us out. But if the customer complain that they need to fix the bathroom, they ignored them. When I first start working there the place was a mess it smell so bad, that sometime you where afraid to come in the store. It was disorganized, and assistance after keep quiting. Because they where getting sick, I have been the six month and I have two manager and three assistance manager. But the last manager clean up and made the place presentable again. The sad part of my story is that they end up firing her because they said she was steeling stuff. The reality it was not her it was the assistance and the werehouse. She took the heat because she thought about their children because she has no children she feelt bad and took the blamed. She work for this company for about thirteen years to me she was the best employee the company had, probably she was wrong it letting it go on for to long. But the mean reason they fired her because they promise her that they will give her more money because she will be traviling for about two hours or so to come and work for the store. When she approached them about the raised they decided that they no longer need her any more so to let her go without any cause it might cause them money so they made up things to make it look that the have legal rightto let her go. My reason for writing this letter is because i want to help her get back her dignity and respect that she deserve. This woman saw potential in all of us at the job. She would teach us how to price, paperwork and other things we needed to know so the store can run smoothly. Like i said before she knows she was wrong and letting those people getting away with things for to long. I need some advice about how to get help for her about this matter. She is severely depress now and i am afraid that she can up hurting herself. She is an older woman so as a result getting a job is hard already is you are young but for women like me and my manager is way to difficult for us to get a job because of our age. Me and some off my co-workers are desperate to help her get back on her feet before she hurt herself.

My most recent job: new manager came in stating that he wanted to clean house and bring all his own people in. The longtime assistant manager, a dishwasher, and myself were fired yesterday and he is ruining our reputation.
How do we get our professional reputations back without retaliating? This manager failed at keeping his own restaurant open more than 6 months, and has taken over another. People that actually know the restaurant industry have been eliminated from the staff, and he is instilling people who are just after any job, not people who care about the customers. What can be done to help the customers, the owners, and make sure the restaurant doesn't close in under 3 months?

Fire after I said I was descriminated
I have been selling Rv's for the past couple of years for a small employee owned company with less than 50 employees.. I am the only women on sales team. One of the salesman, John, and I never got along. When he was promoted to Asst Manager I knew it was trouble.
It was a difficult time but everyone in the company knew we didn't get along. The Manager, Joe, was who I delt for all work related issues. The Manager, Joe, retired as of Dec 31st which moved Asst Manager, John as Manager.
When I returned to work on Jan 2, I was moved into a different department as Supervisor and my pay was cut.
Another salesman was also proted to Asst Manager.
I was told I was losing my commission. I flipped. Then, I was told I would get 1/2 of my commission. one week later,
I found out that the other guy didn't lose his commission or get 1/2.
I did go to the President and claimed discrimination and he fired me but wouldn't give me a reason.

The likely answer from a lawyer might be 'Perhaps'. I know someone who documented personal situations that existed for over a year at a Long Island camera and medical equipment manufacturer and distributor. One day they were falsely accused of unauthorized removal of company equipment with absolutely no viable proof--just accusations. After a grueling hour plus meeting with HR lying about bogus and fictitious evidence that they supposedly had (that the person openly described as BS), this person was walked out of the building by the HR person and a security guy. In the parking lot they demanded that they have access to the person's van--to look for evidence. They were given access and there was nothing to find. This person was told not to bother coming back because they were terminated pending an internal hearing. An advertised and documented female Civil Rights Lawyer stated 'Perhaps' and proceeded to request a $50,000.00 advance to take the case. So much for being on the wrong side of HR and company BS. They tried to refuse unemployment benefits, however, the DOL reviewed some of the documented circumstances and gave this person benefits from day one after a three month delay. Good luck, no matter what your approach is. God is on the side of honest people but companies don't necessarily like to play by God's rules. Lawyers--they might just do what they feel is advantageous based upon their odds of winning a case. Count your blessings to be out of there without any emotional/physical retribution !!!!!!
