CFO

Wiiling to :scale back: job a bit. I have over three-five year in CFO's positions, controllers positions, Executive Boads levels, management, supervision, etc. I 'm looking for a more balance lifestyle. Thank you!

How do you do it?

To all the single parents out there - how the hell do you do it? I'm going back to work after being at home with my baby, and I"m so overwhelmed at spending time away. How do you all balance it without going insane?

Compassion Fatigue

Is truly a condition which involves a related illness which untreated can have very harmful effects. The population that is affected by CF are CPS workers, Hospice and Palliative Care workers, Correction officers, Critical Care Staff, and Doctors and Nurses; for even short-terms effects can be detrimental to the healthcare providers health. If you think that you have any signs of Compassion Fatigue please seek medical advice and/or treatment.

Lavorisa,

Is it with the whole family? Are you on the bottom and the youngest? Do you like your family and do you live with them also? Sometimes it can be a good thing My sister and I used t both be flight attendants but everyone talked about my little sister and she ended up getting fired and I stayed on for more than 26 years. So you see there are both pros and cons? If you think this family member will have your back then go for it. They can always quit. Ha Ha!! Lisa Renwick

Attendant

Gas allowance comes in waves. Saving isn't an option with a school age child of seventeen. Here I sit. Don't use 'Kathy's Fire. Come join our workshop. How? The dogs need their license renewed. Low tide.

Too many sickies!!!!

The office I work in has a policy of staying home when you’re sick, but so many of my coworkers keep coming in!! They even allow you to work from home so you can still work without exposing everyone else. I’ve already been sick several times this year from what I’m sure was a result of office contamination and I don’t want that to continue! I don’t want to be insensitive to other people’s health concerns but what can we do to get them to stay home? Or maybe even quarantine them in the office…..

Personal issues affecting work life

I’m in the midst of a divorce and it’s really taking a toll on my work performance. I’m trying to work through it but I’ve been late a couple of times and just really out of it because my mind is elsewhere. I want to talk to my boss about it but is it appropriate?
