Distractions Are Done
The world is full of them. I believe the main source of distractions is the internet. I'm guilty of being distracted on a daily basis. I have books I should be reading but, the internet forces me away at times. Women, friends, the occasional party, stupid memes. No one takes anything seriously anymore, everything is a joke. We are all desensitized and it irritates me to the extent that I cannot even speak to people about certain topics because I'll be looked at like the weirdo or cause a huge uproar because I have an opinion that you don't agree with. I'm done with it all. I'm only 24 and I know i need to rewire my brain and teach myself new habits and stick with those habits until I reach a new stage in life. I just recently got hired at Planet Fitness and it'll be a great start for me, especially where I want to go in life. I want to get certified as a trainer and continue working on my book "God Mentality". Fitness helps me keep everything in order and helps me find my way through life. It has taken me a while to understand as I've been finding myself, learning and correcting my flaws, ups and downs with jobs and learning to become my full self. I know what makes me GO and I know what keeps me DOWN. Understand yourself before applying for a job, understand what you want first, then what they want and you'll be happy. Think what you want into existence and believe it will happen for you. Have no doubt in your mind everything will happen. You only have one conscious and one kinetic mind to connect to this universe. Use it and achieve anything you want. It starts with negative people surrounding your life, the music you listen to, the TV shows you watch and so on. Free your mind.

Anyone have any experience sharing their job responsibilities with another employee?
I believe the term is Jobshare. No one in the office is currently doing this and it’s not currently a company benefit but I read it’s a good alternative to have more flexibility at work.
