A #stressful #BigLots day
Truck days. Unloading and handling multiple trucks. Not enough people and not enough space for items to go. A VERY dangerous place to work.

The greatest thing I enjoyed about working for #Reddaway was
Where else do you get free benefits, union protected, and just talk shit to your coworkers back and Forth, sitting on forklifts all day.....all the supervisors ducking suck though

What I loved working at #StopandShopSupermarkets
Working with clients was my best experience. It was delightful to deal with them, greeting them, serving them, seeing them smiling and looking after me.

Bullying Bosses
I'm responding to this issue of Bullying Bosses. My advice is: take your case to the Federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission( EEOC) and file a complaint. It's a plus when you document because it could turn out to be a pay-day for you. Good Luck :)

Working with Special Needs Children
I love being able to communicate with them on their level.

Been self imployed for about five years
Construction business is hard when you are dealing with the weather year round

Being loyal
Did you ever be the only employee loyal and get taking advantage of

Woosley
Hardest part of my last job was climbing into the dumpster to empty my vacuum bag

What I loved working at #WashingtonDepartmentofCorrections
It gave me an opportunity to learn how to deal/communicate with different personality types. I built a 6th sense per say. I was able to read people and circumstances without any verbal communication but moreso in body language and the energy that was given out by inmates/offenders/returning citizens. There is plenty of opportunities to advance in whatever direction you choose to go.... At some point in my career while advancing, I had to decide if I would continue on the security side such as a Captain, Sergeant, Lieutenant, or venture in the direction of care and treatment of the inmate population....such as counseling, intake, case management, re-entry programs, and so fourth.
