Control

Ok. I am so tired of employers who pick at every miute detail just because they have to feel supierior to you. If you are good at your job you are punished for it. If you know the answer they don't you are chastized. I just want a work environment where my worth is in my performance not where my worth is in making my boss feel superior to me. Right?

I think a GREAT work culture is one that allows each employee to blossom in their careers & personally, fosters diversity and inclusion, is socially and environmentally responsible, has leadership that thrives despite many leadership styles.

New York Life and New York Life take pride in being a diverse and inclusive work environment and culture. There are many Employee Engagement Groups that employees can join and be active through. There exists a good balance of employees of all ages and stages. Depending on the department, work-life balance is key to fostering a culture of happy and satisfied employees that take pride in their work and fulfilling New York Life's mission and vision for policy owners, employees, and respective communities.

Production an home injures

So I have been out of my work place for about a month, due to a knee injury, and I got an MRI done and the doctors says its completely normal, but it still doesnt explain my pains in my knee, my job consists of standing 8 hours straight, I already went on workmans comp for an injury that was caused by them, but not my knee, at my job I'm considered very clumsy and went let me have anything Sharp, or wont let me sit down a soldier or anything really that I cant get hurt doing lol so I work standing up working on a computer testing high voltage parts, well what am i supposed to do if i cant stand, and they won't let me sit. And doctor say MRI is normal but I am not making up my knee pains at all.

Household Movers

Has any other local drivers ever had an issue with help acting like they know more than you and trying to tell you how to do their job but not be willing to train you on how to do your job becuse their not paid to train people and yes i understand that even though right in your job title youy are in charge and vresponsible for all equipment material cargo labor and also respoinsible for any damages i understand you still have to give the guys with seniority the respect they deserve especially like with my situation where 3 out of 5 of us that worked out our satelitte office in Beckley,WV had 20-40 years experience and we only had 2 drivers and we wer both the 2 out of those 5 that were rookies so go figure ours was one of those that had to make exceptions and listen to our laborers but to make a really much long rant a little shorter my problem was the laborers wanted me to come in and do there job but they bdidn't want to teach me mine so i could move up in the company one laborer out vof the three was willing to help but he was also the location manager and seceratary for our office so it made it almost impossible to juggle all his jobs and train us to and the other 2 laborers just absolutely refused to train anyone without a pay raise and i can't blame them because like i said they had been doing this work not for this one company but i guess technically you could say they had only had one job in those 20 plus years because the company they started with sold out twice and they went with the company and still only got paid $10 an hr. so i understand where they are coming from but show incentive guys give them no choice but to nnotice our little satelitte office for more than rookie drivers that keep making mistakes

What’s the best way to protect your department from possible legal action when the mistake being blamed on your department is NOT your departments responsibility nor mistake?

Clear and completely technical documentation in technical writing style that explains absolutely every detail of the incident that is then sent to all departments involved and in my personal case to both the infection control department, Human Resources, all of my chain of command as well as the legal department...
