I think a GREAT work culture is one thatd

The favorite part about working with Cummins up north was it felt like family they treated you great any help you needed was given but when I was transferred to the south region it all changed. It was all about the numbers the customer service seemed to be put second. And the management was way different from up north as well. You asked for help and it was not received.

After leaving an Uber stressful/ toxis work environment I look some time off to get some me time. One month later I am employed at a great place that brings lots of joy to others ! It’s amazing to get a breath of fresh air in an industry that’s growing rapidly everyday !

I think a GREAT work culture is one that

Integro LLC. was the most wonderful place I have worked in my career. The company is very supportive to the needs of each and every employee. Family is very important to the CEO and upper management. The super visors work very hard to maintain long term employees and work around schedules to assist employees to meet job needs and home needs. This company is involved in providing Infant Mental Health care/teaching and training in the home. Home based assistance for at risk youths, monitoring by RNs, Dieticians, Behavioral Psychologist, and Occupational Therapist to adults with cognitively, physically and Psychiatrically impairments.

I think a GREAT work culture is one that

I loved the fact that despite working inmates, the interaction with them and the level of respect from them was phenomenal. It was always just me and them.

Cvs is a horrible company.

Cvs cares nothing about its employees or their safety. I was there for almost 13 years, got robbed twice and they did nothing to make us safer. They expect 2 people to do everything in one shift. They would rather hire people off the street than promote from within. Horrible, selfish people. Do not recommend.

Hostile work environment

If you are leaving a job due to a hostile work environment, what is the best way to tactfully explain that to a potential employer?

Loving your co-workers & company...while hating your job

My last experience at a large firm was mixed. The money was fantastic, my coworkers and the culture at the workplace were all too notch. But my position was not. It took me months of crying in the bathroom each day to realize I can make money anywhere, could see these people outside of work...and that my health and happiness were the most important thing.
