Well first I've been working with this particular company for 2 years as of April...now I have been one of their top employees. I gotten one raise in 2 years but I was promised more than once that I would be given a black shirt supervisor and here I am 2 years I haven't even been given a review, nothing and people come and go from this company all the time a lot of the people that come through here those that have had a record that nobody else will get the chance to. this may have been my first job but I do it well and this company does not recognize hard workers, it nor do they encourage it and those that do are the ones a leg up into positions that those people don't even deserve and I'm looking for another job because even though with all the hard work I do I can honestly say this company does not deserve me.

This place is crazy at night! You get bored so u have to stand and drink water. The teens are trying to finish school and program at same time, it's either court ordered or parents send them to teach them to teach them a lesson or two. I'm currently looking for another job, but it's a very chill job if you like to sleep, but no I don't I stand up cause I like to keep my job, it's ok if you get hired here if you can deal with back stabbing supervisors who sleep themselves, it's crooked here, and weird.

I think a GREAT work culture is one that
Working with staff and volunteers was a great experience!

What Happened to Business Management Graduates
I recently started a new job as a supervisor of a MH clinic. My boss, whose title is "MH Director," is an elementary school teacher. Two weeks in and I've developed a blank stare. I am adamant about following policy and as I am building relationships with my team, she is telling them that I'm new and "just keep doing what you've been doing until she comes to her senses." She is creating such chaos. I had an appointment with her yesterday to discuss my concerns with regard to policy, organization and potential loss of licensure and she became "ugly" defensive. Afterwards, I went to HR in an attempt to stop the fire from spreading ie: damage control. I basically apologized and said that I brought a specific set of skills to the position and was being undermined by the Director. When asked what I wanted, I asked for mediation from someone in Business Management or that I would graciously go back to employment hunting and thank them for the experience. ugh! Thankfully: they opted for mediation, but are having to hire a business manager from a consulting firm to mediate. What happened to all the business management graduates? And when did the trend start hiring "disciplines" to act as Business Managers.

What I loved about my last job
I was always busy

What motivated me to come to work everyday was
I loved my job I loved what I was doing being outside working in the cold and hot weather was enjoying to me always learning new things that I didn't even know some that I already knew the long hours the trust that they instilled in us with their company trucks their tools trusting us with a company fuel card I appreciated all those things and I will be the first one to say I took great responsibilities in taking care of all these things as if they were my own both Randy n Jerry Brightbill knew how much I loved my job and how much I loved working out there I never complanied about the long hours the work I only complained when they hired people that really wanted a free ride didn't appreciate what this employer had to offer they always complained about the hours etc etc but not me that's why I was totally surprised when I couldn't go back to my job that I loved so much and I really think I was the only one that loved working out there and they all knew it even the people in the office

My biggest challenge I overcame at work was...
Having the workers showing respect for audotors

Casual dining
After my first ever job, (that I absolutely Quit/resign) coz I don't really feel happiness in there.i felt like I'm a thin air, and if ever they felt that I'm their .. they see the WRONG WORK of mine. (And I know deeply I did not do anything wrong,) I sometimes help them. But then they always keep saying IF YOU WANT TO STAY LONG, JUST DO IT WHAT EVER WE SAY .. and their management are not quite right . And I feel so toxic.
