The things that would have improved my job @ #WISInternational are
not being a Hostile Work Environment

I enjoyed working for #WISInternational because
I enjoy working for Wis one is we travel to different places and get to see different environments. I also like it is because we get the chance to earn raises and work with different people

What I loved working at #WISInternational
The pay and training is very good

This was the worst work experience I've ever had at #WISInternational
This was the worst place to work that I have ever experienced in my life. The turnover rate is so high that there is no good consistency within the company. There was no proper training and there was no significant leadership to guide you in any way to grow within the company. And any opportunity for growth was stopped by favoritism within the company. The Virginia Beach office and Leadership staff needs to be fired and they need to bring in more qualified outside candidates instead of putting their friends in higher places. There's also a lack of professionalism among the people to the point that clients were always displeased even when you had good supervisors trying to run the inventory properly.

What I love working at #WisInternational
I love the fact that I get to tracel and constarlt meet new people.

My advice to people interested in working at #WISInternational as a #Inventoryassociate/driver ...
Great to start out at but gives you no skills for future work. So keep looking for new work.

The biggest mistake I made as a #Inventoryassociate/driver at #WISInternational ...
Getting sick.

A #stressful #WISInternational day
When people no show for work.

Drama at #WISInternational
Its only when you're new and can't keep pace.

What I loved working at #WISInternational
The more committed you are the more hours you get.
