Drama at #WindyCityGrill
I choose to stand up for myself. I refused to join a clique and didn’t let the GM treat me like crap. I did my job and helped whenever I could. Since I wouldn’t kiss her A*# she made sure the The owner didn’t like me and I was fired with no real valid reason. She choose to use a week old issue that had already been discussed with the owner to get rid of me.

My advice to people interested in working at #WindyCityGrill as a #Server/Bartender ...
If you have a drama filled life and a major indentity crisis going on. If you don’t know how to be your own person and would like someone to tell you well your in the right place.

The biggest mistake I made as a #Server/Bartender at #WindyCityGrill ...
Not telling the GM what a sorry and unprofessional job she did to her face. They way she treated employees and was never available was was extremely sad. If you weren’t apart of her cliche she eventually found away to get rid of you.
