DONT TAKE ANY POSITION AT THIS COMPANY! Trust me you will regret it as did over 3/4 of the employees there did. The turnover rate was ridiculous but it is because the pay there is TERRIBLE and they will promise you this and that and raises and all they are doing is blowing smoke up ppls asses . I took the job in the first place. The most horrible management I've ever seen and the favoritism is what just made me sick I stuck it out a year and 2 weeks and I quit because I could not continue to feel Like I was going to vomit every morning when I woke up and had to go to work at western wire products Worse experience on a job in my 54 years and I'd advise anyone who is trying to seek employment at western wire to PLEASE DO NOT WORK THERE!

Really bad experience, the pay was horrific and it didn't matter if you went above and beyond what was expected, they never showed any appreciation. The only time you heard anything about ur performance was if they were unhappy with a task. I'm 54 and have NEVER quit a job in my entire life but after working at western wire for a year and 2 weeks, i couldn't take the atmosphere and the "hitler" type management so I quit. I wouldn't advise ANYONE to EVER work here!
