The people that they hired wanted everything done for them. They are lazy workers n I don't understand how they can not get fired

Well I moved to Georgia as a single mom of two children and it was the only job that would allow me to take my children to school in the morning and then be home for them in the afternoon. Well now they are grown and I have just fell in a slump and have not found anything that I am happy with.

I enjoyed working as the grill operator to cook food for Wendy's customers with the best service and a smile.

They care more about the customers than keeping workers

They are so helpful to me and make sure I learn everything I need to know about fast food

I liked the people that i worked with and the costomers but the new manger irs dont know how to talk to her emplyes and she fired me cause my wife was sick and pregant

I just got a called in for my First Interview. I was wondering what I should do to make myself stand out more than others. The company is Wendy's btw.

Wendys need more pay.....they WORK is so hard for so little pay
