I'm looking for a job that I can make something out of it. I learn fast and can be able to work any shift. I have worked for Wendy's off and on for 19 years. So if anybody could help. I would thank you in person.

I would not recommend working at Wendy's, atleast not in Terre Haute or for the other cities they cover in relation to Terre Haute. It's a horrible place to work. Terrible managers, they don't care about their employees, and if you're wanting to leave, it's literally on to the next. They don't work with you nor do they train you properly. They hire managers that don't care about their jobs, and over look the people that actually do what they are supposed to do and that actually do care about their jobs. Just a terrible company. Ran very poorly.

It was great co workers were nice and they trained me to the best of their abilities.

Honestly the management is in a horrible state and the employees are so unreliable. Some days you have to work multiple positions and long shifts because of people calling out and management not finding anybody to come in. The job sucks and you don't get payed enough to deal with the horseshit that comes with it. Good luck.
