I loved working with Wendy's Restaurant because I get to interacted with customers. I get to help them make decision by providing our wide selective menu items. Each season, Wendy's has new items that suit the seasons. And their frosty is always popular. Their chili's makes fresh each day.

Basically I lack receptionists experiance but I've applied to over 35 jobs in this position or something close. The only work experiance I had was working at Wendys. I'm about to graduate high school in a week and I'm trying to jump start my career. What am I doing wrong?

I've been a manager for a year now at Wendy's, and I have learn a lot such as being successful in running several positions at once. I also learned a lot from being a house parent at the Children's home, such as communicating effectly with others.

Must be willing to learn something new and exciting everyday. Its a great place to work. As long as you have a team that is willing to do there job.

Don't work there cause they will try to work u like a slave & not pay u nothing & the people that making more then u doesn't have to do anything cause they get to mostly stand around & watch u do 5 people job !!
