My advice to people interested in working at #FaureciaAutomotive as a #Welder ...

Be ready to deal with humidity and heat .Less than ideal working conditions. When production is up prepare for working weeks at a time with no days off. And mandatory overtime sometimes with little notice.Even if you have kids or family that need you you will be pointed unless you have FMLA.

What I loved working at #FaureciaAutomotive

I thoroughly enjoyed the multicultural workforce. Faurecia allowed me to enjoy many engaging tasks and discussions from several viewpoints. My exit from Faurecia was based on the amount of travel my position required and the place in life I was in at the time not about the company or environment within the company. I would recommend Faurecia to anyone wanting a position with a stable multicultural company with room for growth.
