I was working with a guy who was not very good at landscaping I told my supervisor Jeremy Hughes that the man needed to be somewhere else or let go for 3 months I had to baby sit this man putting my job on the line. I missed a day if work and my lead man called me sending me pictures if the property's the he destroyed .The next day I refused to have him on my crew I was fired fo bieng insaboranat because left him at the shop.
