Weatherford offered me many opportunities throughout my 33 1/2 year career with them. I had opportunities to work with teams across the US and also worked internationally (West Africa) for 5 years with them.

Only to do the paperwork I work for Weatherford 24 years the guy that hired Me is the only one that had field experience that was from 1987 to 1990 the rest of the managers were dispatchers shop hands. Your managers don’t have any Field experience
