What made me stay at #Weatherford was

Weatherford offered me many opportunities throughout my 33 1/2 year career with them. I had opportunities to work with teams across the US and also worked internationally (West Africa) for 5 years with them.

My manager at #Weatherford taught me

Only to do the paperwork I work for Weatherford 24 years the guy that hired Me is the only one that had field experience that was from 1987 to 1990 the rest of the managers were dispatchers shop hands. Your managers don’t have any Field experience

Fishing tool supervisor. Ran whipStocks csd & openhole set Inflatable pkrs. Under whipstocks Internal patches external patches Ran casing cutters. Watched over drill callers And Drill pipe on Riggs Fished laterals

My advice to people interested in working at #Weatherford as a #ProductSpecialist ...

Focus on your job responsibilities and perform them well. If you cannot be promoted within a reasonable time seek a new position internal or external.
