I felt proud to work for #Wawa when...
WAWA is the best company to work for. I started in 1989 when I was 16 years old and I left in 2018 because we moved out of state or I would still be working for this company. They treat you good. This is a fun, happy, exciting place to work. They give you these points called goosebumps for doing good work. With these points you could get merchandise or get free food just for doing good at your job. I love this place and I cannot wait for them to open one here so I can be part of this company again. ❤️
I wish my job at #Wawa had...
More time for the managers to train. When you're in a busy store, they're stretched so thin that they kinda throw you to the wolves. I don't blame them because I've seen their workload, which they have to balance on top of helping out in the deli. I think there should be more people on a shift in busier stores.
What made me stay at #WAWA was
Their care for their associates is unmatched. When I was forced by doctors to take a medical leave for several weeks, they surprised me with actual gifts being delivered to my home, they had a program that actually paid my rent (not a loan, but a gift). Their constant reminders of appreciation for your work are unparalleled.

I had some wonderful bosses. It was very busy, interesting, and public related; something new every moment. The hours were great, good pay, and awesome benefits. They are; in my opinion, a great company to work with. Loved it!

Bosses very easy to get along with. Plenty of hours on the schedule I requested. Love the schedule being posted for 3 weeks so I can plan my life. Good benefits.
