Either don't or be prepared for the politics. Don't be fooled by the soft spoken CEO or the " this is a ministry, be a blessing" rhetoric. It's a non-profit money maker for the top 3 wages takers, who happen to all be related. And the board of directors is made up of friends and family that aren't about to kill the "golden goose" that this "ministry" had become.
