The last time a co-worker got angry with me. She assaulted my fiance and I then busted out the Windows windows of our car. Not sure if that's normal but definitely not worth the job.

Don't work for waffle house. Most have problems with management & a huge drama issue.

Meeting new people's good for customer service skills and everyday money

I started waffle house three and half years ago because I loved the environment and the people there. You always see and learn something new. Waffle House never has a Dule moment.

It was a really nice place to work, paid weekly, discount meals every day, major medical, life and dental. 401K one week paid vacation every 6 months, great growth opportunity and a outstanding management program with awesome upper management. I put in 18 years off and on but can no longer work for the company because of sexual harassment by my District Manager. (Lee McCook) 2007 nobody believed that a man could be sexually harassed by a woman, WOW! Really? Still it was a great company, even though they did me wrong.
