I was proud to work for vwr/avantore the whole time I was there 14 years I Learn so much to a level the i thought I was going to be a super visor I had great ideas and shared them with the organization but it seems that no one gave me credit for what I did as you can see all my advances I did with you guys i was nominated 7 times vp and best employee of the month Within one year that tell a lot all in till Stacy Allen took bob ross position she’s was the reason I left the organization she’s not a good leader i started looking for a better Place I now work for flowers city group inc I’m a supervisor the one thing I would like to Express it’s the the people talk and they don’t Listen the Henrietta location is a very bad Environment to work in people get very Stressed the Warehouse could do so much better with a better leader it’s so bad the I did not wanna talk to no one anymore about everything the is going on in there even though I loved it I was a chemical specialist I know almost every thing in there Stacy promise me a supervisor job never got it many opportunities went bey did not get a shot at it I was passionate about coming it to work I put so much effort to get my dreams crush tanks Stacy for nothing
