R&D offset against payroll taxes, sales tax audits in NY & IL, many technical research jobs.

My advice to people interested in working at #Vptax as a #Taxdirector ...
It is primarily a corporate tax return workshop for small and startup companies with a few larger firms. Not much research required but good excel experience required.
