My experience at valvoline was great. I liked woking with other people and helping out the customer with what ever was needed for the to be satisfied. Changing oil was a easy. Learning about different cars was good too

Getting things done right I'm making sure the cars were in and out on a timely fashion

The police were involved because the customer did not approve of his vehicle failing its NC State Inspection and refused to pay.

I was changing a wiper blade on a customer's vehicle and the arm slipped from my hand, cracking the windshield. The customer was fairly calm about it and so was management, being my first slip up, bit it was embarrassing.
