After working at the Plant for 24 years and for Delek since 2006, I found Delek to be mostly fair with their employees. They pay a good wage and are truly concerned for their safety and well-being.

Recently got a job at a gas station. All the managers are sister or daughter's of the GM. The yell at me all the time, I think because I'm one of the two males there, and make me do everything while they sit outside smoking and playing on their phones. What do I do? I have a few other job offers but this one pays the best?

2 years looking for a job.
HI everybody, I'm looking for a job for two years already. Tried almost everything submitted thousands of applications, had some interviews, got some feedback from recruiters but most of them didn't say a word back to me. Some say i'm overqualified. I have long experience on Instrumentation Oil & Gas (check my profile please) but i'm looking for anything. if anybody has something please don't hesitate, send message. Any thoughts are welcome.
