I had recently been let go from a bank with whom i had worked for 30 yrs so i applied at u s bank and they hired me almost immediately because of my experience

If I got the second chance to continue at the US bank New NY, I will be grateful. This is because I will be able to protect the team from external and internal distractions. Coach and mentor agile team members and provides constructive performance feedback. Maintain good communication and present to stakeholders and project manager weekly updates. Interact with programs management office to ensure project goals and requirements are being met.
