What I loved about working at #Universal Studios Orlando was

Working in Park services. I wasn't confined to just one area and I got to interact with the guests.

Something I learned at #Universal coating ...

Universal coating is a stable job for those who dont like to really do anything.Your standing in one spot for 8 hours. The supervisor are very interactive and also they'll help you elevate to different positions they just want to see you win.

My advice to people interested in working at #Universal Creative Orlando, FL ...

Initially I was flattered to have received an offer from Universal Creative as a special effects designer for a new park. This was of course due to my many years at Walt Disney Imagineering. Things started out fine. As I went along I was going weary of the lack of decisiveness on the part of the creative teams. Projects of this sort being what they are always want finalized information up front due to construction schedules as such. And too often you are forced to give information and technical data that you know will change. Thus incorrect information is put forth and when changes are required it incurs more cost and time, which projects often lack. In addition to this Universal's strict purchasing policies and contracts for outside vendors create such a blockade for experimenting and prototyping, that efforts are further delayed. What more can I say.

I really loved working for #Universal Studios Hollywood Ca because...

Because I was able to use my talents and skills in telecommunications. I moved people from different offices to new locations, When a new production would come onto the lot I was able to install telephones, fax and data lines for them very quickly.. I love the fast pace and environment of Hollywood. And all of the great people there.

One thing I would have loved to have at #Universal Coatings was supervisors that cared about employees that did their jobs

Started off a great place to work, once you got hired in the supervisors didn't care about concerns that employees had
