The whole 10 years I was there I loved my job an alot of the customers really liked me cause I was nice to all them an now they keep asking when I'm coming back I want to go back where I was in Golden rod in clearfield pa

What I loved about working at #United Collections Bureau was

Nothing, whatsoever! It was the worst job ever! I kept telling my boss that my computer had a virus and did weird things and he knew this but couldn't fix the problem! It was the only job that I was ever let go from! Because I collected a bill and the computer overcharged the patient and extra $20,000! And there was no one in charge that evening to correct the error because the boss had left early that day!

When we first merged with continental i had high hopes of a great company. It never happened. Absolutely poor management to this day
