Somedays u have 25 r sp loads to get out on departure times not alot of room they wood be running a week ahead while we r waiying for the rest of the load the goes now very tight and crowded space 5 r 6 forklifts in and out of same cooler all the product u dont need in the way having pull 20 r so pallets to get thevone u need fast pace it keeps u going

All in all during the 8 almost 9 years of employment I feel the Tyson company is Awsesome. I ran into a very young and I feel insecure supervisor and as a result of not knowing how to correctly defend myself was fired.

Bursting out in tears at the feeling of frustration.

Fearful of a new unknowledgeable supervisor with constant trips to HR accusing me of not doing my job correctly. Very harmful to my creditably as a very good and loyal employee for 8 years. Embarrassing shamded and fearful of losing my job which in the end I did. Harassing.

Until the day I was fired by a new young supervisor I felt the Tyson company really cared about their employees and job security was never in doubt.

Not keeping to myself more. I should have learned more .when I could.
