Without this school I would be in jail! It kept me busy and the people loved each other

Working for any hotel has less to do with the hotel brand name. What is important is who the management company is running the hotel. Once you have that information research that company. In reality that company is who your manager answers to and they have the final say on everything! So, make sure they are reputable! Warning, their are not many reputable ones left !

It was slow paced. Also, I was able to develop a relationship with my guests because of it being a long term stay stay hotel.

Its a great place. You will love it. Being part of hyatt is something to be proud of .

Being late a few times. Once is too many. Lesson learned!

Very busy with airlines, meetings, having to do multiple things efficiently, keeping everyone happy.

First thing is to try and calm the first down. Maybe offer a coffee or soda. Figure out what the trouble is. Find the next best to make sure the guest is happy and calm before leaving the desk.

Meeting new people from all over the world.

Good place to Work

Great job and great location! My boss and staff were very friendly, considerate and understanding! I also drove the hotel shuttle to local destinations. I wholeheartedly recommend this workplace both part time and full time!
