Do not accept a position with Tomar unless you are open to eventually moving to Arizona, the home base. This is a family-owned company and the top spot will never present itself. Plus, the leadership is comprised mostly of engineers who do not believe in advertising. That will make any marketing/sales position difficult, but attainable.
