If you like the taste of big corporate boots this is the perfect place
I am a black female African American, and to be honest working at a coffee shop like Tim Hortons I think it was a lot of racist towards those who are black saying that Tim Hortons originally come from Canada I did have some great customers and I didn't have that much great customers. but overall the experience with Tim Hortons was beautiful I love my manager I really liked my supervisors and it had his fair shares of downs and UPS. but I was also embarrassed and talked about and put to shame because of my skin tone.
Of the pay, I'm not a huge fan of the company anymore due to the unfairness the owners show the employees, it's almost despicable
Feels like I am at Home. I love the team spirit of all employees who help to make the service fast and accurate. Tim Hortons where people start their day with coffee and food. And, We make it, we wrap it and we serve it. Really, it feels so good to see the happy customers.
The customers and the workers
Where do I begin? The managers were unexperienced and not properly trained and they only help front counter the baker of the certain store I work for did 75% of the work when there were six people working front counter but they expect one person to keep up with them when they don't even tell the baker that they're running out of donuts
It was a good experience and meeting new ppl
Just save to them: I'm having a bad day. Next day was fine. A good place to work I loved it.
