Hello JobCase community, just wanted to say a few things.. For the simple fact, I see lots of people who are diligently applying and not receiving any offers.. Look guys, most cities have staffing agencies that are willing to put you to work the next day! The work may not the best, but you try until you succeed. An who know, another opportunity may arise from that. I strongly advise those of you, who are unemployed to go to your nearest staffing agency. An tell them your situation, an i’m sure they will be more than willing to work with you. You have to remember, this is your life. If you want progression, you can’t wait for offers to be made. You must be the one to make offers yourself! I know many are convinced this online era is set in stone, but I assure you. History does repeat itself, I think employers are realizing.. That meeting face to face is for the best. I can personally testify, that all my luck has been in face to face encounters.. Anywho’ That’s all from me. I was able to make it a good experience because I had great mentors and leaders in place that walked their talk and led by example. When you see your people at the top leading by example it makes you want to follow. I never took that for granted or forgot that. We weren’t just a team, we were family from Managers, to cooks, hostesses, servers, dishwashers etc. was awesome. When everyone works together and is on the same page, you can work hard and have fun.

I got hired through a temp service for a CSR position. I like the position. However I'm not as fast as the other reps in clearing the calls out of the que. I would like to bow out gracefully before they let me go. Thoughts?

I was finally hired and started a full time job yesterday! For almost a year

I started a full time job yesterday. I struggled for almost a year with tons of interviews and no offers. The greatest thing I did at gary job corps is get my CNA it really helped me when I got home so that was really nice
