I was able to make it a good experience because I had great mentors and leaders in place that walked their talk and led by example. When you see your people at the top leading by example it makes you want to follow. I never took that for granted or forgot that. We weren’t just a team, we were family from Managers, to cooks, hostesses, servers, dishwashers etc. was awesome. When everyone works together and is on the same page, you can work hard and have fun.
