No mistake per say, but I told myself not to allow people to get too close to me, because they tend not to want to work around you. They rather talk and thats not what im about. Im a friendly person so i dont mix business with pleasure. Job 1st.

One employee all ways lieing all of the time and tun to the front office crying

I trusted upper management to help when i was in need of extra help i never got that help

The pay is great, the people are caring and helpful. Its always a team effort you're never left alone to do the bulk of the work.
