My advice to people interested in working at #TeachersOnCall as a #Teacher ...
If you know that you cannot fulfill a substitute date in advance, call TOC as soon as possible. It will not be a strike against you if you give them ample time to find a replacement.

Drama at #TeachersOnCall
The staff and administration at TOC were helpful. They were understanding when I had an emergency and could not fulfill my teaching assignment.

What I loved working at #TeachersOnCall
My schedule was...my schedule! I could substitute teach when and where I wanted. The flexibility was great.
