Im losing hope

Why on Earth would any employer request to schedule a telephone interview with someone and never call at the agreed day and time?

This has happened 3 times in the last 9 weeks. I always promptly email them after the missed appointment by requesting an opportunity to reschedule but i never hear back from them. After submitting 30+ resumes since August 1st I feel like giving up and spending my life preparing food at Tacobell for real developers who actually have an employer but when I discover a new job posting on Indeed that I clearly qualify for I begin to feel suddenly confident and excited about the future again. Am I becoming Bipolar?

I just want to add that if you're an employed web developer, please take pride in your position and not take it for granted. I would give anything to work again!

Drama at #TacoBell

Had a lady order some soft tacos no lettuce, we made them and sent them out. She came back and was cussing and yelling that we made her order wrong. She wanted sour cream and cheese only, I said ma'am you weren't charged for sour cream and she just kept cussing me. I politely told her she would have to pay for the sour cream, and she left still cussing and screaming as she walked out the door.
