The key is know your responsibilities well. Example, think of a few great actors. How did they become great? They became the character. As a field manager I knew my job so well that I created repairs that made the coma y money and saved our clients time and money long term. Also, so that you are not waisting your time building someone else’s future, make sure you have your future locked in. This will allow for you to take those skills to the next level, possibly your own Buisness. And key point I always stood by, LOVE WHAT YOU DO! It is a sledgehammer to the negative that may and will come your way. And treat those under your leadership the way you would want those in leadership to treat you.
